Consultant and Interim assignment for Leading FE College
Initially asked to review and overhaul the Marketing Department at one of the country's leading FE Colleges. This was achieved with the new marketing team who went on to win ' Marketing Team of the Year' at the FE First Awards 2018 as well as being shortlisted for the 2018 CIM Marketing Excellence Awards - 'Not-for-profit/Public Sector Innovation'.
The assignment led to a request for Executive Level support, with the priority mandate to achieve £7million savings within 12 months.
Simultaneously, led the delivery of a proactive admissions service which delivered £4.5m of fee income with a circa £15k investment and reversed a 9 year declining trend on student recruitment.
