Marketing and Business Development Consultant and Interim role

Advising a Global Law Firm to grow revenue and convert profile. Responsible for a service line with a revenue of over $1bn. The assignment has developed into Appletrees playing a key role in facilitating the delivery of the firm’s Key Account Programme, through targeted 121 interventions. The role has also included advising on Marketing Strategy, “Proposition” development, Internal and External Comms and effective campaign planning and delivery.
